Peepal Farm Farmstay FAQ
Is it at the farm?
The farmstay is on the adjoining property, right next to the farm.
How is the cellphone signal?
The nearest cell tower is still quite far away, so the signal can sometimes be patchy. Airtel generally works best here.
What should I carry?
Please bring your toiletries, towel, toilet paper, flashlight, battery pack, mosquito net, sleeping sack, and maybe a good book — evenings here are usually very quiet and peaceful. We provide blankets, but if you are not used to colder winters, we recommend bringing a sleeping bag as well.
Do you have western toilets?
Yes, we do.
How will I do laundry?
You’re welcome to wash clothes by hand in a bucket (please bring your own soap), or you can use one of the laundry services available in the nearby village.
Do you have internet?
We do not provide Wi-Fi. If you would like internet access, please bring your own 4G hotspot or data stick. Airtel works best here, with Jio usually being the next best option.
Are we allowed to cook our own food in the kitchen?
Yes. We provide an electric induction stove for guests to use.
Is there power backup?
No. Like many rural areas, power cuts can occasionally happen, so it’s good to come prepared with a flashlight or battery pack.
