Shaan was rescued from Palampur with a neck injury caused by an old rope that had been tied around his neck and become too tight over time. We removed the rope and have since been regularly cleaning the wound, applying betadine, and giving him painkillers and antibiotics. He is much better now, but since the rope had cut in quite deep, it will take some time for the wound to fill in and heal completely. You can sponsor Shaan to support his continued recovery.
