Marcy was rescued from Chambi due to a deep maggot wound on her back. When she arrived, the wound was quite severe, and we used ivermectin to remove the maggots. Regular cleaning and dressing of the wound has been ongoing to help it heal properly. The wound has improved significantly, but since it was deep, complete recovery will take some more time and continued care. Marcy is recovering well and remains under regular treatment and observation. You can sponsor Marcy to support her treatment and recovery.
