Paul was rescued in Kakroh after being found with a wound on his hind leg. When he arrived, he was alert and showed signs of mild pain and redness, and his tongue was sticking out—possibly from thirst or anticipation. He is being cared for with regular cleaning and treatment of his wounds to help him feel more comfortable. Paul continues to be monitored closely as he recovers at Peepal Farm.
