Charu

Charu was rescued from Chhari after she was found with paralysis in her hind legs. It appeared that she had been attacked by a larger dog, which left her unable to move her hind quarters. When she arrived, Charu was started on fluid therapy to support her strength. She has also been receiving nerve-supportive medicines and physiotherapy to help her regain movement. The good news is that Charu has shown significant improvement. She has started taking weight on her legs again, and is now even able to run a little. She is also able to pass urine and feces normally, which are very positive signs of recovery. With continued care and time, Charu is expected to keep improving further.
