Duckie

Duckie was rescued from Thakurdwara after her front leg got caught in a severe pig trap. The injury was painful and distressing. She reached us late in the evening, so we immediately gave her pain relief to make her comfortable. A proper examination was carried out the next day to assess the extent of the injury. Since then, Duckie’s wound has been receiving regular cleaning with diluted Betadine to prevent infection and support healing. She is under close monitoring and care. Once her wound has healed and she is stable, Duckie will also be spayed before being released, so she doesn’t have to face repeated suffering in the future.
