Kohli

Kohli was rescued from Kholi after he was found with a painful hoof injury and a tumorous growth. The swelling and abnormal growth were causing him significant discomfort. Kohli has been started on strong antibiotics and pain relief, and his hoof is being treated with regular cleaning to prevent infection. However, the tumor will need to be surgically removed, and that procedure will be scheduled soon. In addition, Kohli has been experiencing persistent itching, which we are also addressing as part of his treatment plan. He is currently on a controlled diet of bhoosa and green grass to support digestion and recovery. We have also noticed plastic in his stool, which is unfortunately common in free-roaming cattle. His digestion and overall health are being closely monitored to prevent complications. Kohli’s recovery will take time — around two months of continued care, treatment, and monitoring.
