Patla Gainda

Patla Gainda was rescued from Chambi after he was found with a tumorous growth in his nasal region. The swelling was affecting his breathing and causing him visible discomfort. He was started on pain relief immediately, and has now begun Vincristine chemotherapy to treat the tumor. So far, the response to treatment has been very encouraging, and his recovery has been progressing well. Alongside chemotherapy, Patla Gainda is receiving immunity-boosting supplements to support his body through treatment. The affected area is being cleaned regularly with diluted Betadine to prevent infection and promote healing. When he arrived, he was extremely weak. He is now being given extra feeding to help him regain strength and healthy weight. The good news is that his appetite is strong, and he is responding positively to care.
