Nakhrelu

Nakhrelu was rescued from Dhaliara after he was found with a painful hind leg hoof injury. On examination, we discovered that there was significant hoof overgrowth, which was contributing to his discomfort. He was first started on pain relief, and the overgrown hoof was carefully trimmed to relieve pressure. Since then, his hoof is being treated with regular cleaning, antibiotic powder, and bandaging to prevent infection and support healing. Nakhrelu will need about one month of continued care before he can recover completely. Recently, we also noticed plastic in his stool, which is sadly common in free-roaming cattle. We are keeping a close watch on his health and digestion to ensure there are no complications.
