Moto

Moto was rescued from Dhanotu after she was bitten by another dog. She had scratches on her face and a painful bite injury in her anal region, both of which needed immediate care. Because the injury involved a dog bite, Moto was started on the anti-rabies vaccination (ARV) schedule right away. Along with this, she was given pain relief and antibiotics to manage pain and prevent infection. Moto’s wounds are being cleaned regularly with Betadine, and she is responding well to treatment. However, bite wounds take time to heal, and Moto will need around one month of continued care and monitoring before she can recover fully.
