Lagaan

Lagaan was rescued from Maiti after suffering a fracture in his hind leg. The injury was serious and needed specialised care, so we sent him to Palampur for a detailed check-up. At Palampur, Lagaan underwent surgery to repair the fracture. After the procedure, he was given a full course of pain relief and antibiotics, and he is now continuing treatment as per the Palampur team’s prescription, along with supportive supplements. Lagaan is currently on strict cage rest for two weeks to allow proper healing. After this period, his sutures will be checked, and he will then be taken back to Palampur for a follow-up recheck after 21 days. If his recovery continues to go well, Lagaan will be ready to be released back to his area once the doctors give the go-ahead.
