Cobra came to us from Banoi after injuring his front leg. What looked small at first turned out to be a fracture that made it painful for him to even stand. Right now, Cobra’s injured leg is supported with a splint, and he is on strict rest so the bone can heal properly. There was also a small wound near the fracture, which could have easily turned serious. To prevent infection and ease his pain, he has been given antibiotics and pain relief, along with calcium supplements to support bone healing. The good news is that Cobra has started putting some weight on his leg again — a small but hopeful sign. But his recovery isn’t over yet. In about 15 days, we will repeat his X-ray to understand how well the fracture is healing and decide the next steps in his treatment. Until then, Cobra needs continued medical care, rest, and close monitoring. By sponsoring Cobra, you help cover his ongoing treatment, medicines, X-rays, and daily care — and give him the best chance to heal fully and walk without pain again.
