Mathari was born at our hospital, in a moment no one planned for. Her mother, Puchkarie, was rescued for a spay surgery, but the stress caused her to give birth soon after arrival. To keep the puppies safe and healthy, we decided to keep Mathari and all her siblings at the hospital until they are ready for adoption. Their mother continues to stay with them, giving them comfort and care as they grow. Mathari is one month old and doing well. Her deworming has been completed, and she has started eating solid food. Along with this, she is given Samolac five times a day to help her grow strong. We are also slowly increasing the distance between her and her mother, helping her become independent in a gentle, stress-free way. In the coming weeks, Mathari will begin her vaccination schedule and will soon be ready to move into a home of her own. Mathari is now looking for a family to grow up with. If you’ve been thinking about adoption, this little hospital-born puppy is waiting for you.
