Macchar came to us from Kangra with a large, painful maggot wound on his neck. The wound was deep, infested, and he was so restless from the discomfort that he couldn’t even sit still. We’ve started him on antibiotics and painkillers, dewormed him, and are doing regular dressing to help the wound close. He’s finally feeling a little better, but he still has a long way to go.
