Ritik

Ritik is a young calf who was rescued from Nagrota Bagwan along with his mother. He had painful injuries on his hoof and inside his mouth—both infested with maggots when he arrived. We carefully removed the maggots and started applying turmeric paste to the wound in his mouth, which has improved greatly since. His hoof injury, though still healing, is showing signs of new skin forming. With a few more weeks of care, we’re hopeful he’ll make a full recovery.
