Echo’s life took a difficult turn when he was found in Rehlu, battling painful ulcers in both his eyes. This middle-aged boy was in desperate need of help, so we treated him on the street at first, hoping he’d recover in his familiar surroundings. But when his condition didn’t improve, we brought him to our clinic for the care he truly needed. With eye drops and plenty of love, Echo’s journey to healing has begun. The white layer that once clouded his vision has started to fade, but his recovery will take another 2–3 months of dedicated treatment.
