Chhoti (Resident)

Chhoti, an 8-9 month old female mule, was rescued from Sidhbari after a dedicated search for help by her informer. She once had owners, but due to an old front leg injury that had slowly healed, she was abandoned and left to survive on her own. Though the fracture eventually healed, Chhoti still had a wound needing urgent care. In our care, Chhoti received the treatment and attention she needed to make a full recovery. Now, she's found companionship with Chakor, another female mule who is blind. Together, they live in our sanctuary, part of our resident animal family for life. Chhoti's journey to healing and her new life wouldn’t have been possible without compassionate supporters.
