Moon, a mother cow, was rescued from Bankhandi due to a severe maggot wound in her vaginal area. The wound was quite serious, so we had to act quickly to bring her in for treatment. We began regular dressing of the wound and started her on supplements to support her healing. Though she is improving, it will take some time for her to heal completely. Along with Moon, we also rescued her calf, Star, to ensure both mother and child could stay together and feel comfortable. Moon and Star are in need of your support during this critical time.
